Steps to Stream Jackbox Games on Roku
Jackbox Games are not listed in the Channel Store. Even though you can’t install the app, there are alternative ways to watch live Jackbox gameplay on Roku. Install a Jackbox game on your iPad or Android, play it, and screen mirror it to Roku. For this to work, ensure your Roku device is connected to an identical local network as your smartphone.
- Connect Roku to the Same WiFi
Initially, you must connect your Smartphone and Roku to the same WiFi network.
- Enable Wireless Streaming Settings on Roku
If you use an iPad, go to Settings → Select AirPlay and Homekit → Turn AirPlay ON. For Android, enable screen mirroring on Roku by going to Settings → System → Screen Mirroring → Screen Mirroring Mode → Allow.
- Install Jackbox on your Android or iPad
Go to the Google Play Store or App Store on your phone and install any of your favorite Jackbox games.
- Sign In to the Jackbox app
Open the Jackbox Game application and sign in to your account by entering your credentials. Then, enter the Room Code, name, and click Play.
- Tap the Cast or Screen Mirroring icon
When you start playing the game, go to the Notification Panel or Control Center on your smartphone. Then, click the Cast or Screen Mirroring icon.
