Steps to Add and Stream Hoopla on Roku
If you have a library card from a Hoopla-associated library, you can add Hoopla on Roku to stream its content. Installing Hoopla on Roku is effortless, as the channel is natively available in the Channel Store. - Connect Roku to a Wireless Network
